  • Introduction to EFNEP

    • Learn more about the Adult EFNEP program and what all the series has to offer!
  • Fix It Safe 

    • An in-depth discussion covering the four food safety concepts: Clean, Separate, Cook and Chill.
  • Choosing More Fruits and Vegetables

    • Discover creative ways to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet.
  • Plan: Know What’s For Dinner

    • Meal planning advice/ideas to increase your food dollars, and decrease impulse spending.
  • Shop for Value, Check the Facts

    • Gain a better understanding of the nutrition label, dietary guidelines and ingredients list.
  • Choosing to Move More Throughout the Day

    • Become more knowledgeable on ways to incorporate physical activity on a daily basis.

Skillbuilders for the series will be distributed on the 3rd and Final week of class. Upon successful completion, graduates will receive an EFNEP Certificate of Completion, EFNEP Cookbook and a copy of the “Walk Indoors” DVD.
