The conference features a flexible format consisting of two morning blocks and two afternoon blocks taught by Extension Specialists, Agents and other experts. Participants can fully customize their itineraries by choosing one class per block from six areas of interest.

Classes being offered include a variety of topics related to specialty crop production, permaculture crops, integrated pest management of crops and livestock, , value added agriculture, herbs and cut flowers, and a full day poultry processing workshop

When you select the red button to "Get Tickets" and then the red button to "Continue", you will be taken to a screen that allows you to select your Classes for the conference day. There will be four one-hour long blocks during the conference day. Each block has 6 different Classes to choose from. You may select ONLY one Class per block. So, you will select a total of 4 Classes for the day. All class descriptions are listed in the "buy tickets" section. You will not pay for your ticket until after you have selected the classes you would like to attend.

Please pay attention to the class descriptions. There are two class selections that require you to pick a class in another block to complete the training. The first is Poultry Processing. This workshop requires that you select Poultry Processing class for all of the four blocks.

The second is the FAMACHA training class during block 3. To receive your Certification for the FAMACHA training you must also attend the class "Beyond Dewormers" during block 1.
