PESTICIDE APPLICATOR RECERTIFICATION

According to Federal and North Carolina law, only certified pesticide applicators may use or supervise the use of restricted-use pesticides. To become certified, applicators must receive training and/or undergo testing to demonstrate that they are competent to handle and use restricted-use pesticides.  The North Carolina Department of Agriculture is the certifying agency in our state. Both private applicators and commercial applicators must become certified.
